The high school ASSIST  and elementary/middle school Partnering for Eternity (PFE) grant programs are available to the students at the GCSS campuses. Primarily sponsored by Southern Adventist University, the intention of these programs is for academy students to cultivate a relationship with and help senior adults, while helping to defray the costs of their Seventh-day Adventist Christian school education. The driving force of the program is to lessen the growing population of senior adult isolation. The relationship the students and senior mentor gain is a win for the student, the senior and the community.
