  24. What are location icons? p. 178 - graphic images that clearly represent drives, disks, or locations such as My computer (a computer) or My Desktop (a stylized desktop)
  25. What do folder icons look like? p. 178 - manila folders used in a filing cabinet
  26. How do you open a program in the contents pane? p. 178 - double click the application file icon
  27. Which key would you press to rename a folder selected in the contents pane of Explorer? p. 181 - F2
  28. Folders deleted from a hard disk are transferred by default to what? p. 182 - the Recycle Bin, from which they can be recovered.
