Scripture memorization:

• Any version allowed (just bring that Bible the day you plan to dictate it to the class)
• You must do the entire text (I will not give partial credit)
• The verses must be said with accuracy and very little hesitation (practice, practice, practice!)
• MEMORIZATION TIPS: Memorize a verse a day or a week and build on the verses; write them on flash cards and carry them with you; look at them from time to time PRACTICE WITH A FRIEND--QUIZ EACH OTHER!

The following are worth 20 points each (note how to get an extra 5 points in parentheses):

1 Cor. 13: 1-9 (memorize vs. 10 and get 5 extra points)

Romans 12: 1- 8 (and vs. 9 for 5 more points)

Romans 12: 10-20 (and v. 21 for 5 more points)

James 1:2-11 (v. 12 = 5 more points)

Ephesians 2: 1-9 (v. 10 = 5 pts.)

Philippians 2:1-10 (v.11 = 5 pts)

Philippians 4: 4-12 (v. 13 = 5 pts)
