How am I graded on my speech?

How will I be graded on my speech?

Below is the rubric that I will use in class. Each item is worth 10 points for a total of 110.

Speaker provided an outline for the teacher (attached)
Speaker spoke loudly, clearly, and distinctly enough
Speaker avoided meaningless words like “ah,” “um,” and “it’s like…”
Speaker kept good eye contact with the audience
Speaker has good stage presence (posture/poise/body language in general)
Speech entry was good; speaker launched right into speech in a dynamic/creative way.
Speaker seemed knowledgeable about his/her topic (Q & A).
Speaker stuck to his/her central idea and did not digress from subject.
Conclusion was strong; speaker stops speaking before exiting
Speaker used visual aid
Speech time was between 4 to 7 minutes (excluding Q&A time)
