• Is the paper in the proper format? 

• typed, DS, Times New Roman, 12
• proper header (name & page#)
• proper beginning, including name/sect./date/title
• at least 3 pages
• including works cited page (p.4)
• in MLA (parenthetical) style
• I have avoided plagiarizing any material; this means that I have put in quotation marks everything that was directly quoted from a source, and have given credit to ideas that I took from any source (even those I put into my own words). Signature: ____________________________________

3. Final, corrected, stapled draft, which means the report + the works cited page
4. Old draft (if more than one draft, put the latest one in front)
