HOW TO SEARCH FOR INFORMATION:

Begin your research: look for resources and READ, READ, READ...
Ask yourself: "Are my resources reliable?"

You need a minimum of 4 resources from the following variety:

1. Reference book (encyclopedia) or another book ; since you cannot take the reference book out of the library, make a photocopy of the page(s) and write your bibliography on the photocopy. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE WIKIPEDIA! THIS IS NOT AN AUTHORITATIVE SOURCE!

2. Periodical (magazine or on-line article found through EBSCO or Tennessee Electronic Library--www.lib.chattanooga.gov - databases - Search ALL or multiple Tennessee Electronic Library database - put in password: elvis - choose infotrac one or academic one - put your subject in.) Please print these out to show me.

3. Internet resource (ONLY use .gov, .mil, .edu and some .org) Please print these out to show to me.

4. Your choice (may repeat one of above). (Please see me if you wish to use other resources such as interviews, videos, etc.)
